1.Q: How long will it take for my product to ARRIVE?
A: Delivery time is generally 8-15 days from the time your order has been processed. In most cases items are received in 10-25 business days; however we say 20 days in case of delays. All the items by using EMS and it will take 15-22 days for you to receive it. But if you need a rush delivery, you need to pay extra $30 per order then you will get your things in 5-7 days. 
 
2.Q: When can I get the confirmation email?
A: Comfirmation email will be sent within 24 hours(business day).
 
3.Q: Are NFL products you sell genuine or imitations? Do you apply wholesale and how is the price?

4.Q: How do I find the item I want to buy?
A: Find on home page the category of the item you want to buy (in the category list on the top of the page below the site title), move your mouse to the category name, you will see a list of sub-categories. Choose the one your item belongs to, and you will to transferred to the product page. You can choose the item you want to buy here.
 
5.Q: How do I place an order?
A: After click the item you are looking for, select size and fill in quantity,and then click Add to Cart. Review the items in your shopping cart. Enter coupons or discount codes if you have any. When you are ready, click Proceed to Checkout. Choose your check out method as guest or registered customer(registered customers can log in from the right page). Click Continue and you will be transferred to the payment page. Please indicate the destination for the product, the method of payment and the billing address. Review your order information. You may edit your address and payment information. Select "Process Order" to complete checkout. Do not forget to keep the order information in a secure place in case that you may need to check your order status.
 
6.Q: How do you send my purchased items?
A: When We received your payment, we will deal with your order with 24 hours.If anything goes well, we will ship it out with 2 days. If you get some gifts together whin NFL products, we need extra 2 days to prepare the goods for you.
 
7.Q: How long will be the parcel arrived our country?
A: After we ship it ,Ordinary the parcel will be delivery in 7-15 workdays during all the post process. Well, due to unforeseen circumstances, the time will be last a little longer. Please do not worry about it.
 
8.Q: How to track my order?
A: You can check the status of your order at any time by going directly to the links provided by our customer service via email. Please note that you should have the order number and email address to track the order status. We will email the tracking number to you. Please note that carrier's website may not update the records and parcel status in time.
 
9.Q: How do I can change my order or cancel my order?
A: When we received your payment, we will deal with your order within 1-2 days. So if you real want to change it or cancel it, we hope you can tell us within 6 hours. Because if we ship it out , it is difficult to stop the parcel for you. So we hope you can understand.
 
10.Q: How do I can return the items to your company?
A: All sales are Final. There are no returns/exchanges allowed unless wrong bag size was received. If there's a few problems of goods (for example, the stain or the line did not cut off clearly), we hope you can wash it or clean it,then we will give our guest appropriate compensation. If you received the wrong item, or there is a problem with the quality, you may return your bags as long as its in unworn condition within 5 days of receiving your bags. Please make sure to send back all accessories and box or an exchange will be void.
 
11.Q: Why do you charge my card more than your product price?
A: We only receive the product price. The extra money may be charged by the bank as the bank fee. Hope you could understand.
 
12.Q: How can I get to know the status or the information about my order from you?
A: We will send tracking number and order information to the email address you left for your order. Make sure that you have left the most frefrequently used email address for your order and check it if you want to track your order.
 
13.Q: My credit card was declined, now what?
A: There are various reasons for a declined credit card transaction. The most common reason being that the address you entered is not the same address on your credit card statement. If this is the case, please try again with the right billing address.
